About

Aidan Hearth is an independent security research studio based in Taiwan, opened in May 2026.

We started it because the formats that models ship in get loaded by parsers almost nobody has read closely. Model files, inference runtimes, serialization formats: they end up inside more software every month, and someone has to actually sit down and read that code. That is most of what we do.

The studio is small and intends to stay honest about it. You will not find a wall of enterprise logos here, just reports, methods, and code you can verify yourself.

The name comes from the hearth: the warm part of the house, where work gets done and people are looked after. We try to leave the systems we study warmer and safer than we found them.
